Does anyone else falling in their dream and like wake up "landing"?

I've been having like these types dreams so often and I need to know if I'm the only one or theres more like me. 😭

Basically in my dream, I'll be doing whatever, running from something or just walking. Then I'll just fall and trip and like right when I land I wake up and then in real life, I jump a little like I landed and my heart would run for a few seconds. First I thought nothing of it cause I just thought it was my mind playing with me, until I fell asleep next to someone having a similar dream and woke up the same way. They noticed it, got scared and asked if I was fine. The dreams aren't even nightmares, it could be the most random dream where I fall and wake up and jump while lying down.

I need to know if this happens to anyone else, I need to find my dream twins!
