Looking for Mini Fan Recommendations!

Hello, everyone! Since nagpaparamdam na ang tag-init season, I am looking for mini fan recommendations na sulit and affordable plus malakas pero yung tahimik lang. Been eyeing for JISULIFE FANS, specifically yung Turbo Fans nila—however, one thing that holds me back is yung noise na nagegenerate niya. May marerecommend ba kayong mini fan na malakas pero hindi kasing-ingay ng turbo fans? Medyo sensitive kasi ako sa sounds.

Thank you po!
