What would you do?

Today’s my birthday and I’m expecting to spend it sleeping in all honesty. I had a tattoo appointment today but I have past rent due from an old apartment. Stuck between celebrating me or paying the apartment off before it’s sent to collections. I know some might say split it but unfortunately it’s not an option. It’s bills or a birthday
