Supreme marking their items as 'sold out' even though they still have stock left?

I bought a top from the Aphex Twin collab the other day, first time buying Supreme in a few years. I was keeping an eye on stock levels for the other T-shirts since I was considering buying a 2nd one. However, throughout the day, they would be marked as 'sold out', but then like an hour later they were fully stocked in all sizes again.

I mean, it makes sense since Supreme want to convey the image that their stock is scarce and their brand is elusive, plus it probably pushes people in to panic buying, but I've never seen this done so conspicuously before. Anyone else notice them doing this? Is it just collabs that didn't sell so well that they do this for?
