I am facing channel imbalance issues and louder midrange and treble in one earcup of Bose Quietcomfort 2023 headphones. Has anyone faced this issue?

Ordered replacement for these headphones but the replaced headphones are facing the same issue. 1st headphone had more bass in the right earcup and 2nd has louder left earcup. Am I the only one who is facing these issues?
