is the Intel Core i5 14600KF a good processor upgrade form i5 9600K

So i want to "renovate" my pc with a new motherboard and a new cpu, i dont have that much money to spend so i was wondering if the i5 14600KF is worth the money or if there's a better processor for a similar price? Any recommendations?
