Deposits arent going through

My wife was approved last month and we had several payments listed as paid on the website but never got them. The banking info is correct. Weve talked to our bank and ss and my wife went to the ss office. Nobody knows why it isnt going through. Ss says it seems to be on the treasury departments end. They tried sending paymebt again on Thurs but it seems its still not working. I cant find this exact situation anywhere on these forums. Monday we're going to get a new bank and maybe thatll help. Cant think of anything else to do. They can mail it to us but will take 2 weeks 😮‍💨. The ss employee at the office was very confused by this, never seen it before.
