Here's one for you: What if they offered the PU for free?

I've been toying with an idea for a while: What if they offered the PU for free? My idea: Allow players to create an account for free. They can login to the PU, they can get a sperm suit, earn money, do missions, all the usual stuff. But the catch is, they don't have a ship. No vehicles or equipment. They can spawn at the landing zones and do the "grunt work" missions like the hurston gate box missions, the new content zone missions coming in the upcoming patches. But they rely on backers for transportation and multicrew opportunities.

It'd increase server population, create interesting gameplay opportunities for people who have larger ships. You'd never have to worry about getting a big enough crew again.
