Adenoids

Anyone whose little one had their adenoids removed experience some dried blood in the nose? It's brownish in color so it's old but just curious. Today is day 2 after the procedure yesterday and she also has some brownish-red blood tinged nasal mucus. I plan to call her doctor but just thought I'd check here, too!
