Sunglasses - Polarised with glass/scratch resistant lenses?

I have a couple of pairs of Ray-Ban Justins. I like the style and the fit, but both of them have scratched lenses as they are plastic. Even though I try to keep them in cases and avoided damage, they scratch up really easily.

What's a good recommendation for sunglasses with scratch resistant lenses? I'm assuming glass would be best? I'd want polarised lenses too.
