crafting Witchcraft supplies

I recently had the epiphany of making my own “tools” instead of just buying them. I’m not easily creative so after many youtube videos (what did witches do before youtube? 😂) I made my alter broom and created my first corn husks braid. Both are made out of corn husks . So what i’m wondering is, what has everyone else created instead of buying? If you don’t have any real life witches near by, how are you learning? I have been dormant for many years due to marriage and now i’m out of the broom closet and eager to catch back up.
