What would happen if you put a whole person in the polyjuice potion?

Sorry for this cursed post, but i just got an image of putting a whoke person in a cooking polyjuice potion, and I wonder what that would do? Since the potion just needs some sort of DNA of the person youre wanting to turn into, it doesn't specify how much/whether there's too much? Would the effect last longer, the more DNA is added?

I can't stop thinking about this now.
