Better no intro romsets (no duplicate games for different parts of the world)?

Hi there I was wondering if there is a full no intro romset for old consoles and stuff that doesn't add 3 versions of each game (usually ntsc/american pal/european and japanese-ntsc). I have a complete romset but I'm sure there's more gigabytes used then necesary because of all the different regions, I would love to be able to find a romset that has only the ntsc/american game of each system + the european and japanese games that have only come out in those regions. Because of the ntsc versions being 20% faster I would love to rather have the Japanese ntsc instead of the european slowed down version. Does anyone know where and if I can find something like this?
