Can’t log back into tiktok

I was automatically logged out of my Tiktok account, but when I tried logging back in, I couldn’t receive the login code because it changed the phone number that I originally used to create the account. So any login code sent gets forwarded to that old phone number, which I no longer have. How can I log back into my account?
