Tips for Trincomalee, Arugam Bay and Knuckles mountain range in July?

Hello. I visited your STUNNING country a month ago and am visiting again for July. This time I've chosen new location, previously I visited the South coast.

I am going to Knucles mountain range, Arugam Bay and Trincomalee. Any tips? What to avoid? Where to go?
