Transfer school with only exit exam left

Based on the title, is it possible to transfer school to avoid the exit exam? Im done with all of the subjects, thesis, OJT, etc. The reason is that the exit exam is so difficult. Yes, they provide review sessions but the problem is, when it's time for the exam, the most of the questions are not discussed on the review sessions which makes it frustrating. Hope someone can give insights.
