Filipino Female Moving to Dubai – Need Advice on Affordable Housing Near Metro & JAFZA area!

I am a Filipino female looking for a place to stay in Dubai, as my possible workplace is in JAFZA. I would like to know which areas in Dubai are popular among Filipinos and if there are options near a metro station. I am open to bedspace or partition rentals. Also, I would like to understand the usual monthly rent for these types of accommodations and the general process of renting in Dubai since I am new to the city. Thank you!
