Significant low back pain

I've 30F been having extreme low back pain for the last 2 weeks. 1 week in I called my Dr and the soonest availability they had was this coming Monday. Great! I was happy it was only a week out but I couldn't deal with the pain. OTC meda were not working. So I went to urgent care to try and get something to take the edge off. I'm now on 600mg gabapentin and Baclofen every 8hrs. If I do any longer it starts to become soo painful again. On these meds I'm still so uncomfortable. But I can put my chonies and pants on (barely). I had a panic attack the other day cause I couldn't even wipe my ass in the bathroom. I couldn't put my underwear on. I couldn't put my pants on. And I'm scared that I severely fkd my back and this may be a new reality for me for the rest of my life. I'm just here to get some positive vibes and complain. Thanks for any advice and hear me ramble.
