Did the Adobe Creative Cloud "cleaner" thing and got an error message..

Okay, so after browsing Reddit for solution to my Creative Cloud not being able to get uninstalled, I got that cleaner thing people suggested. But.. Now instead I have a new problem. I have a pop-up on my screen, an error message, coming and going. I can click the X to shut it down but a few mins later it pops back up. It says "The code execution cannot proceed because CRClient.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

Did I delete something, clean something, I shouldn't have? I did delete the cleaner afterward as well, because I didn't want anything Adobe related on my PC in case it would go nuts again. (Mistake?)

Does anyone know what to do in this situation? The only ones I've seen having this problem online are the people actually wanting to use Adobe and wanting it to work. 😂 So what should I do?
