Men Stare, Women Whisper—All Because of My Bra Straps

I work in an office where I mostly wear sarees and chudidars, occasionally t-shirts and pants, and I have a little secret—I love subtly flaunting my colorful bra straps. It’s not something I do outright, but I enjoy the way they peek out just enough to catch attention.

The stares I get, the way some men glance and then whisper behind my back—it gives me a strange thrill. It’s like I know what they’re thinking, and yet, I act completely unaware. What makes it even more interesting is how my female colleagues keep telling me to adjust my straps. They lower their voices, lean in, and remind me, thinking they’re being helpful. I pretend to adjust them, but somehow, they still remain visible. And then, I hear them whispering among themselves too.

Sometimes, it does feel like a bit of embarrassment, catching my female colleagues’ disapproving glances. But deep down, I can’t help but wonder—are they really bothered by it, or just jealous that I’m getting all the attention? Either way, I let my straps slip just a little more… and enjoy every second of it.
