chances of getting in???

Hello! I applied to penn state for elementary education and was just wondering what my chances are of getting into UP. My gpa is a little low (3.6 weighted) but I have a lot of EC like student govt. ,student council, spanish honor society, and im currently in a internship and theres prob a little more lol I also have a solid essay.
