Is there a way to disable g-sync on a monitor without an Nvidia gpu

My brother had given me his monitor but it’s stuck on g-sync, I’m on PlayStation and if I want to use 120hz I need to turn it off and get back adaptive sync. I’m using an AOC 27G2 monitor, I have access to another pc without an Nvidia gpu.
