Help deciding college

So I got accepted into HKUST (Data Science), HKU (Engineering undeclared) and UEdinburgh (Computer Science). The deadline I have for accepting HKUST's offer is 11th March by paying a fee of $2600, so guys should I do it or would it not be worth it....? Also I did apply to many universities in the US but since I got rejected from UIUC (CS + Statistics) I don't have very high hopes for getting in except maybe Purdue or Georgia Tech.
Also does a degree from a US university provide better access and opportunities in the International market as compared to Hong Kong and UK ?
