Pit Boss Combo

Hello everyone, I would like to buy a barbecue, mainly for grilling and quick cooking. By experience and various advices, I believe that most correct choice is to buy a gas barbecue. However, I found the Pit Boss combo and I was wondering if it could be a good compromise. So using the gas grill side for quick cooking and grilling and occasionally alternating the pellet smoker side for longer cooking, and therefore also try new types of cooking way that I have never tried until today. Advice? Does anyone have the Pit Boss combo and can share their experience? Has the gas part of the Pit Boss combo the same performance as a gas-only barbecue or it has some shortcomings?
