Trailer Store is missing

Guys,i started the game in new game+ and i am sure that i did not select "Trailer store does not show up" option. So,in Michingan,Black River, i am missing trailer store which blocks me to carry long logs to the certain places. Is there any chance that i may find log carrier any part of the game or my 22 hours of progress is ruined?
