[Acne] Need some help not sure what these are

The ones circled in red are painless bumps around my chin area. I thought it would go away after a while but it has been there for a few months now, its stressing me out as im not sure what can I do to it and its increasing in number.

The ones circled in black are reddish bump and im not sure what it is but it has been there for a few months too.

Anyone knows what these are, need help thanks.
