Pain worse after steroid injections

Hi so I’m 23M and I had gotten 6 injections in my mid back down my lumbar on Monday, I have a slight disc buldge in l5-s1 but always have had pretty moderate to severe pain. The docs don’t seem to be super convinced that that minimal buldge is causing my pain and that it’s mainly muscle related. However it’s 5 days after injections and I’ll just say my pain went from a 10/10-20/10 I’m pretty miserable right now, when I wake up my pain is unbearable I can’t even believe how much pain I’m in. Anybody have any advice?
