I wanna make a move

So there's this coworker of mine. She's nice and cool, I like having chats with her (at work). The thing is that I just don't know if she's even into girls. I described the coworker's appearance to my cousin and she told me it's kinda obv that she is gay but I'm still not too sure...I'm too nervous to even ask her 😔 one thing I did realize is that when I talk with my coworkers it's just like normal stuff yknow like dumb customers wtv but when me and her talk it's more of what we like, shows, music, more of getting to know each other. I've complimented her appearance a bit, piercings and such. She complimented me a bit too. I've come to realize now that she might take me complimenting her as flirting but I'm not complaining 😤I don't wanna say much I'm afraid she could have Reddit and see this lmaoo. I wanna make a move and get to know her more I think she's also quite pretty but damn I'm too scared ik being like this won't help tho. The next step I wanna take is figuring out if she likes girls. Until then ima just keep complimenting her 😭🙏🏼 but any advice? This would be my first time ever doing something like this I legit got no experience in the romance department 💀 (posted this on some other acc of mine but decided to put it here)
