My ex recently broke up with me, and we still have matching pfps and bios on Insta, and recently she played a song on the insta note she associated to me all the time. What should I do?

I'm a M16 and dating a F15, and and we have been dating for 7 months, and she recently broke up with me because she wanted to be happy and thought that I should leave her life because of that. This happened because we had arguments about me being negative or me not changing, but I have ever since and she doesn't recognize it. So she told me that she has to be happy and put herself first and told me that I'm not ready for a girlfriend. We haven't taken out our matching pfps and bios, and recently she put a song on insta notes that she always associated by me with a 😕 emoji. I started thinking that there is possiblity that we might get back together, but with time separated. What can I do or say in this situation? Because I'm lost. I still have a lot of love for her, and still want her to be happy. But I want to know what should I do without destroying the chances of us being together again or at least friends in the mean time.
