What result can I expect from a chin lipo

I’m thinking about getting a chin lipo. I had couple of consultations in different clinics, in the last consultation (the best one so far) the doctor told me that I don’t really need a chin lipo, bc there is not much fat to be removed, and the difference after the procedure will be small... What result can I expect? Am I a good candidate for chin lipo? I would be already happy seeing small results… I’m 33, weight 60kg (~132lbs)
