Many concurrent API requests

Hello all,

I need to create a small framework that fetches data from API endpoints and does light validation on that data. Validation would return pass or fail. I need this framework to be as fast and efficient as possible. It needs to scale over 1000+ different endpoints with around 175-200 different requests each endpoint. We cannot send more than 100 requests to a single endpoint at once.

Which language would you recommend for this?
