GoE bugged elephants

Im not sure if this is something wrong on my end or its a common bug now with the new dlc, but i tried playing with the british raj for the first time, and i went for the elephants since they seemed funny to play with, but now when i use them, my screen turns into something like this and its almost impossible to play normally, since its twitching like this every time i have camera around the elephant units. Anyone knows if there is some fix or anything? I noticed that changing the 3D model of the unit into anything besides the one with elephant is fixing it tho, but there is a major drawback to this, which is not having elephants visible
