Have taxes increased a lot yoy? My paycheck is not as large as I thought despite my raise

I got a raise of 2.5k YoY. But my YoY net pay after taxes hitting my bank account are only $10 higher which amounts to $260 increase to net pay yoy.

Does this sound right?
