About the new pack

I really wanna get the new pack because I think it would work well with my sims storyline that I wanna do but I also feel like I shouldn’t because it t might have the same thing as for rent where it’s deleting saves

I’m nervous about that but I never do really long generations of sims so I wonder if it’s worth it, for anyone who’s bought and played with the pack would you recommend it?
