Does Metronet eventually charge you monthly for the Eero?

1. Which model Eero is supplied with 1Gb service?

2. If I buy my own Eero, do I save anything on my monthly bill?

3. After your initial period is over (1 or 3 years), do they charge you a monthly fee for the Eero that they supplied?

4. There was no option when I signed up for static IP. I want to try CGNAT first to see how bad it is. How do I request a static IP after the install?
