Does the community have a quick reroll guide?

I'm like just 1 hour into playing and read that there are people who reroll till they get the ultimate weapons they want. So I was wondering if there was a quick start guide to rerolling. Like I don't need the end game info yet if I'm just gonna spend a couple of days just rerolling the account.
