Sleep paralysis consistently

I have had sleep paralysis episodes consistently for over a couple of years. Some months I get more than others. But usually happens 1-2 times a week. When I experience these episodes I usually have dreams where I am fighting off Jin. Usually ones who are taunting family members of mine, Or all of a sudden the scene in my dream changes to images swirling. For example once I had a dream were I looked into a box. And suddenly there demon like images swirling in the box and I felt as if I was being pulled in, and pressed down in real life whilst trying to wake myself and reciting Ayatul Kursi. Last night I had an episode where in my dream it shifted from everything being good, to all of a sudden I was in a dim room with blank walls and my family was in front of me seeming like they were struggling and needed help. When I walked up towards them they all got shot in the head one by one by someone or something behind me. On the floor a puddle of blood began to accumulate, and when I looked over on top of it. The sleep paralysis began. And the blood was swirling while an angry loud voice said “how dare you don’t accept us, how dare you haven’t accepted the true triune God. The father, The son, and the Holy Spirit, we gave you so many chances and you took us as fools” At first I got scared thinking “is this it for me, have I been wrong this whole time?” then I immediately snapped out of it and thought to myself that this must be some Jin trying to scare me. So in my dream I yelled back “la Ilaha illallah” and recited Ayatul Kursi until I was able to jerk myself out of the sleep paralysis episode. I don’t know why this keeps happening. I recite dua before sleeping, do wudu. It doesn’t help. I honestly think these are probably not Jin related. And more just my mind playing tricks at this point. But I’m not sure
