Staining and clothing at 12weeks

Hi everyone, I'm a bit freaked out. This morning I woke up and when I went to the bathroom I had brown staining. I god concerned but tried to keep my cool and keep on with my day as I will have my 1st Ultrasound in 2 days.

I just came out from the bathroom and a brown cloth came out and now I'm truly freaked out and starting to panic. I did have intimacy with my husband recently and this morning before going in the bathroom and my pregnancy symptoms are srarting to get better and Don't feel the need to be so standoffish anymore. I also do not have cramping nor any pelvic/uterus pain.

Did someone experience this and it was fine? I don't think this is a polyp of some sorts. I should also mention I never had implantation bleeding.

So yeah any advice would be apreciated. Thank you❤
