Cannot Access My Devices on Amazon Account

This is a weird one, I'd appreciate help if anyone can tell what I'm doing wrong 🙈

I don't often check my devices or content through the Amazon website, but I was hoping to change my preferences to download all books I buy automatically into my Kindle Scribe. It already does that with my Paperwhite, so I thought I had that one set up as my primary Kindle, and I wanted to change it (I mainly use my Scribe now).

The problem is, I can't access the Devices page on Amazon. I got to the page for content and devices - and sure enough, all my content is there. But when I click on Devices the page isn't there? Am I doing something wrong? Or is that page down for other people too?

I'm in Ireland, so my devices are registered on Amazon UK.
