muscle and joint pains

I used to work out around 4hrs a week, and about 6 weeks ago i pulled a muscle near my scapula, causing pain of decreasing intensity that is still there (but better), prior to this i have never had any muscular injury.
since then i have had numerous other strains and sprains, some of which have seemingly come out of nowhere, as i have done no physical activity for the last 2 weeks:
(in order)
-Strain near right scapula (lasted for 6 weeks, still there faintly
-Strain in upper left leg/groin (lasted for 5 weeks, still there faintly)
----decided to cut all exercise and rest for 1 week at this point
went swimming once
-Strain in right hip adductor (lasted for a few days)
----cut all exercise, confused about how that had happened from just swimming
-knee pain appeared from nowhere (4 weeks, pain gone but still stiff and popping)
-right hamstring pain appeared from nowhere (lasted for a few days, gone now)
----after some rest i decided to try some light exercise to try and get blood to my strains (cycling and rowing machine for about 30 mins)
-came back with left hamstring pain (2 weeks still there faintly)
----cut all exercise, haven't done anything since, not even jogging
-yesterday strained right hip flexor from DOING NOTHING
got up to go to bed and suddenly have sharp pain in my right hip
this pain is still there, it's bad when i move it
If I exercise my muscles get injured, If I rest my muscles get injured
Nothing like this has every happened to me before over 2 years of weight training, why now?
It feels like my body is falling apart
Is this a buildup of fatigue?
Growing pains? I have stretch marks on legs and shoulder where I didn't have them before
Or is this some kind of underlying disease that I might have (i have hypermobility in some areas, but I don't think I qualify for eds.)
I'm concerned that whenever I fully recover from one strain, another will happen immediately for no reason and I will by out of commission for another indeterminate length of time.
