VR Issues

So, I recently bought my first VR headset (Quest 3 with link cable), I mainly bought it for simracing, however I'm having trouble using it. I've seen many people saying how good it is, how clear the image is and how once you do simracing on VR you never want to go back, well it sucked for me, I couldn't set it up in a way that gave me clear image and decent FPS, the image is all fucked up, kinda granulated like a low resolution. I tried many different games (Iracing, codemasters F1, AMS2, LMU) and all of them had the same problem, I used A LOT of different settings, different apps that people recommended on the internet and still couldn't have a good time using it, I do feel like some of it has to do with my FPS not being super high, but like I said, I've heard many people with PCs worse than mine being able to get decent FPS and clear image, but I can't. Does anyone have any ideias to help me? I REALLY wanted to have a nice experience with simracing VR so I'm a bit desperate. My PC specs: RTX 3060, AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, 64GB RAM.
