RTX Video Enhancement works initially with 5090 then stops activating and wont work again until drivers wiped via DDU and reinstalled

Anyone else having this issue?

I use RTX Video and HDR for everything pretty much, got it enabled in firefox for watching content and then also on my video player for watching downloaded films or old shows with higher quality.

Since getting a 5090, and possibly since using the drivers released for that (the last 3 drivers all have this issue it seems). RTX video and HDR is availabe and enabled but never activates.

Confirmed it's not an issue with the apps and browser, as it did work, but it just stops working and the only fix has been to DDU driver and reinstall, which allows it to work a few times until it stops working again. Anyone else use RTX Video and HDR for video content and noticed the same?
