Terrible NHS experience, idk what to do

A few weeks ago I went to A&E because of how bad symptoms got. When I got there I collapsed & the staff were incredible, so helpful & caring. They said if I ever felt like that again I should go back. The past 2 days I’ve felt the same again. I called 111 & was told to go to A&E, I went & was told I was a waste of NHS time & to call 111 despite having already done that. I feel so guilty for wasting their time but I have no idea what to do. I’m starting to wonder if I’m making this up. Does anyone have a similar experience or any advice on what to do?
