Im going through a pathetic time

I’m a 21 year old guy, who’s been going through an awful time the past 1 month or so. Its reaached a point where i cry my heart out everyday and then become numb. Ive been facing issues with my girlfriend, the whole i thought i was going to marry. And i know its my mistakes and my issues that have pushed her away, but i cant help but feel hopeless during this time thinking that this might be the end of it. Ive never believed in god, my family is religious but i haven’t ever been so much. These difficult times make me want to believe and pray to a higher power. I dont know how to get through, perhaps everyone can send me some verses or words of wisdom that could give me hope through this. Im in desperate need of help
