How to manifest a job?

Hey guys, I am new to manifestation. I mean, I have heard and read about it but haven't been really able manifest something. I joined this sub hoping I will find something but I thought it will be better to just make a post and ask for help. I have been trying to find a job since past 3 years. I keep applying, but I don't hear from them. Sometimes I do get to the interview round but then I get rejected. It has been a really painful journey. I have hit the rock bottom.

Thankfully, I did find a freelance gig last October. While, I am grateful for this opportunity, it doesn't pay much. Recently, the person who hired me as a freelancer also got me connected to another client. So, it is getting better, but it still doesn't pay enough for the amount of work I put in.

I want to land a full-time job, this freelance thing isn't doing it for me. I had stopped applying but I am gonna start applying again. I made this post to ask you guys what is the best way to manifest a well-paying job that aligns with your interests. Any technique or anything that worked for you. It will be really helpful if you could tell me what worked with every detail. Thank you so much.
