' Verifying Account Restrictions'

Hey guys, does anyone playing Mortal Kombat 1 getting 'Verifying Account Restrictions' error when trying to go to Towers of time and MK store on Xbox Series X ?

This is annoying. I did fix the problem by deleting my Local Save, but it was only temporary and now the error is back. Is this game broken?
