Can anyone please help me get into a decision ?

I did A/L's in 2024 from the commerce stream....its my first try.I really love technology aand i'm interested in pursuing a career in the industry...since commerce stream has very few to zero opportunities to study an IT related degrees in govt unversities..i hv only a limited no.of opportunities
I'm considering of facing A/L's for the 2nd time from the maths stream....i know that its something really hard to do but i'm pretty sure that i can commit myself to be so...i like to study CSE at UOM....i don't like studying in a pvt university here in SL coz they are just businesses which doesn't provide a quality service...they only want money....there is no proper pvt uni in SL to study and that's y i'm tryigng hard to get into a gov uni...i hv like 7 months time left for the exam
What do u'll think of this ?...any ideas ?
