[PC]"Best" class for solo content - does it matter?

Hi all.

Not played in a few years and have the itch to return. I'm a few expansions behind (I think) and have everything 60 but an Arcanist. I'm planning on 100% zone completion across the entire map and I'm unsure if there is a best class to do this on?

My oldest, and probably most progressed character is my Templar who would have a head start on this. However, I enjoy playing Warden the most. I think this character would get a lot of Skyshards so doing this on the character I enjoy the most seems like an obvious choice. I'm unsure if there's anything else relevant I would pickup along the way such as Scrying progress or anything character specific.

I think going as a DPS with light healing would be the best choice for this, even with world bosses.
