New Citi Double Cash SUB not applying?

Opened up a Double Cash card on 2/23 and the SUB “Earn $200 cash back after you spend $1,500 on purchases in the first 6 months of account opening” was very obviously displayed when I applied.

Got the Custom Cash with the same SUB in beginning of the year, and I could see the in-app Bonus Tracker pretty early on ASAP I had no worries about having had it or not.

Come to the Double Cash account and it has no such tracker, which made me worry a little. I called customer service twice: the first individual said the only new member incentive he saw was the 0% APR balance transfer, but the second one, after reading back my card’s last 4, said it had the 20,000 ThankYou point offer and even said to call them if I wanted to see redemption offers.

So, I want to believe I have it and spending everything for the next couple months on this card won’t be any waste, but I’m not sure.
