Automate google form to populate single spreadsheet tab?

I have a spreadsheet that essentially is a compilation of partner organisations and their basic info and a blurb about their services that I have to update each year. It's becoming very long and the time it takes to update each year is evergrowing and painstaking. My idea is to automate the system to where they get emailed a link to a google form, fill that out, and it automatically populates into my spreadsheet, updating their assigned row.

I've been trying to see if this is possible, but have only found how google forms create new tabs so I'm not sure it can be done.

Any instructions and resources would be appreciated!
